Merrick is a director of both Primeserv Group Limited and several Primeserv subsidiaries.

Since founding the Group in 1997, he has served as Chief Executive Officer and was also Executive Chairman from 2000 to 2003. From April 2015 to March 2016, while the Group was finalising the Board component of its transformation strategy, he fulfilled the role of Acting Chairman.

Merrick has over 30 years of both local and international business experience, predominantly in the industrial and services sectors.

Before joining the Group, he was the Financial Director of a number of other companies, including Spanjaard Limited.

Saul Klein (PhD)
Saul is a Professor Emeritus and former Dean of the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria (Canada), and is the Executive Director and co-founder of the Victoria Forum. The latter is a non-profit society that works to develop solutions to the world's most pressing problems by bringing together academics, policy makers, business leaders and civil society.
Saul has had a broad-ranging career spanning developing, developed and transition countries. He has served on multiple governance and advisory boards and brings a breadth of global expertise and depth of experience to the Primeserv Board.

David is an independent consultant who was employed at Fisher Hoffman, a major national firm of Chartered Accountants, for 41 years.

He became a partner in the firm in 1970 and was Managing Partner of the Johannesburg office as well as Chairman of the national practice from 1991 to 1998.

He is also an independent non-executive director of Super Group Limited and the Chairman of its Audit, Risk and Social and Ethics Committees.

Letepe is the Managing Director of Village Management Consulting Proprietary Limited and has 28 years of experience in marketing and management consulting.

He is also the founder and Chairman of Tsabatsaba Holdings Proprietary Limited, the Chairman of International Finance Group (IFG), and a director of Reutech Limited, Kayamandi Resources and the National Arts Festival.

Kefilwe is a registered Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years experience in the financial services sector.

Kefilwe is currently a Senior Credit Risk Manager for the Energy and Infrastructure sectors at the Industrial Development Corporation.

Prior to this she was in a Credit Risk Manager role at STANLIB Credit Alternatives and Liberty Group Holdings. She trained as a chartered accountant in PwC’s Banking and Capital Markets division.
